    Start your private yoga classes with a special introductory offer. This package includes your first three private yoga sessions, allowing you to experience Cheryl’s teaching style and see if it’s the right fit for you.

  • 3. Work Together Longterm

    Cheryl will work closely with you on an ongoing basis to create a personalized yoga plan that aligns with your objectives and fits seamlessly into your schedule.

Meet Your Instructor

Cheryl Lemone is a certified yoga and meditation instructor based in Long Island City, Queens. She is a certified with a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga training and 50-hour Meditation Instructor training. With over a decade of personal yoga practice, Cheryl felt the transformative impact of yoga to manage work-related stress and anxiety. Motivated by her own experiences, she left her career in marketing to pursue teaching yoga.

She offers a personalized approach to private yoga sessions to adapt to your goals, level of experience, and preferences. Cheryl strives to empower individuals to relieve stress and anxiety through mindful movement.
